On Aug 19th, at 31 Rosko Dr, Southampton, Frank Devito had a Meet the Team event which was a major success. Devito, along with his crew, showcased his new construction. The house, located on 31 Rosko Dr, was listed for 7.5 Million and is now currently in contract. Aug 19th was a day of celebration for all the labor of love put into the property. Devito invited the neighbors, lawyers, designers, architects, and, of course, the team!
There was a live band, known as Stereomatic, a new, hip, up-and-coming band that has been blowing Long Island away. Food from Plaza cafe which consisted of fresh lobster rolls, tuna nachos, and fish tacos were served. There was also an open bar. Almost 100 people showed up to celebrate the success of Devito and Co.
Devito has a very inspirational background story of hard work, and has built his way up from scratch twice in his life.

Devito is very active with his two current businesses; Devito and Co, which is a construction business, which has been known as a local builder on many projects in the Hamptons. Devito also has a pool construction business, PW Hamptons, also known as “Pool Work Hamptons.” PW Hamptons is known for creating luxury pools all over the Southfork.
