The 28th annual Kids Arts Festival features 50 hands-on art activities and four hours of entertainment.

Celebrate Summer is the theme of this year's festival where imaginations of kids of all ages will soar on the wings of the Electric City Rainbow Eagle or with a butterfly mural. Alex Torres & his Latin Orchestra will perform and after teaching kids how to play percussion, invite kids on stage.
