We are excited to announce the Hudson Valley Cider Symposium.
This is a unique gathering of small cidermakers at Rose Hill Farm in Red Hook, NY . Join us in celebrating the end of one of the most unique, bountiful, and challenging harvests in recent years. In addition to our motley crew of cidermakers, we are assembling a few passionate apple and orchard experts and enthusiasts to share their excitement with our Hudson Valley community.
Come hang out in the orchard and sip some of the valley's finest ciders while learning about the past, present, and future of our most beloved fruit.
